In a labyrinthine urban sprawl, a lonely detective struggles to solve a murder while grappling with the disorientation of life in a new city. As he follows the trail of a vague suspect, his investigation descends into a dark odyssey of anxiety and madness.

DisPlaced is a surrealist neo-noir short film. It is written and directed by Raphael Pacheco, a seasoned producer of indie shorts and web series, in his first film since moving to Oklahoma and one of his most personal pieces to date. It stars renowned Tulsa-based actor Sean Frenzel as the frantic Detective at the center of the story.
