After initial correspondence we will discuss the details of your session and confirm the date, time, and location of the shoot. You will need to pay a deposit equal to 20% of your final expected payment to reserve and confirm your date. We will work with you to ensure that your needs are met and we have a smooth shooting day.

Within a month of your shoot, we will begin editing, mixing, and mastering your videos. Early drafts called rough cuts will be assembled based on your specifications discussed prior. As they become ready, low-resolution versions of the rough cut may be sent to you as a preview. You will be allowed to give notes on changes you would like to see, and the cut will be adjusted accordingly until you are satisfied.

Finally, you will be invoiced via email. Once you’ve paid the bill and the video is fully edited, you will receive another email with a link to download your full resolution videos.

We understand that sometimes plans or circumstances change, and you may need to reschedule your session. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Your session will have a rain date to which you can reschedule for no additional charge.

The cost of your session covers up to 50 miles of travel from my home in the Tulsa metropolitan area, after which we charge $0.40 per additional mile. For shoots that require travel by plane, the cost of my flight, lodging, and other accommodations will be added to your bill.

Your videos will come in .mp4 files with HD and 4K options. If you have any specific requirements for your final product, don't hesitate to let us know.
