P3 brings years of photography experience to your photoshoot, enriched by our background in cinematic visual storytelling. We offer a variety of affordable packages for headshots, portraits, weddings, and more!
We are currently based out of Tulsa, OK in the United States. Raphael Pacheco will be your photographer, and will work with Loryn Pacheco to process and edit your photos.
Discounts
First Timer. First time clients get $25 off their final bill.
Premiere. The first client to book for a particular package gets a 25% discount. This offer can only be taken once per package, so get them while they’re available. An asterisk* next to the package price denotes that a Premiere Discount is available.

After initial correspondence we will discuss the details of your session and confirm the date, time, and location of the shoot. You will need to pay a deposit equal to 20% of your final expected payment to reserve and confirm your date. I will work with you to ensure that your needs are met and we have a smooth shooting day.
Within a week after the shoot you will receive a number of choice photos from the session, called proofs, to choose from. The photos you choose will then be processed and edited into your final photos.
For headshots and portraits, you should see your final photos within two weeks of selecting from the proofs. For weddings and events, there is no selection process, and it may take several months to deliver all your final photos depending on your package.
Finally, you will be invoiced via email. Once you’ve paid the bill and the images are fully edited, you will receive another email with a link to download your photos.

We understand that sometimes plans or circumstances change, and you may need to reschedule your session. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Your session will have a rain date to which you can reschedule for no additional charge.

The cost of your session covers up to 50 miles of travel from my home in the Tulsa metropolitan area, after which we charge $0.40 per additional mile. For shoots that require travel by plane, the cost of my flight, lodging, and other accommodations will be added to your bill.

Your photo’s will come in both .TIFF for print and .JPEG for web. If you have any specific requirements for your final product, don't hesitate to let us know.

We outsource our prints to a high quality vendor who delivers them directly to your door. Upon request, we can place an order on your behalf for a cost equal to the price of your prints + a $5 service fee per product.
